Screening
Each applicant completes a TransUnion credit and background screening through RentSpree and pays RentSpree directly; there is no application fee. The application is online at belcara.com, and your clients see a simple checklist of documents: recent pay stubs or business income, two years of tax returns, two recent months of bank and savings statements, and a photo ID.
